Research On Early Safety Warning Model Of Chemical Enterprises

The chemical industry is a hazardous area where including all kinds of chemicals.The majority of chemicals have many characteristics,such as toxic and harmful,inflammable and explosive.The production process is complex,if there is happened leak,fire and explosion,it will cause incalculable losses.It's important to establish a chemical industry early-warning system to the character of chemical industry.This early-warning system can send a dangerous signal when there is a high risk,and the administrator can take measures to eliminate it and avoid failure.Combining the actual situation of chemical enterprises,by using the Delphi Method,this paper has established the early warning index system.The first level index include human factors,environmental factors,management factors and equipment factors,the first level index has been divided into 18 grade two indexes.Meanwhile,the index weight has been calculated by using analytic hierarchy process.Based on this,there also have introduced the support vector machine theory,and established the early-warning model for enterprises.By introducing the toolbox libsvm-mat-3.11 and application of MATLAB programming the early warning is achieved.To make sure early warning be used in the experiment enterprises by the means of verifying the best parameters and taking example by the research results of safety early warning theory on the basis of support vector machine(SVM)model,so this purpose is,On the one hand,in order to make the enterprises correctly identify risks.On the other hand,as much as possible to eliminate and reduce the accident probability that occurs the enterprises through the method of controlling the ideal status beforehand.Results not only turn out to be that it is high accuracy,operability and popularization value.At the same time,it summarizes the common characteristics of the SVM model early warning to the low risk enterprises,which has an important guiding significance for the practice of the risk management of chemical enterprises.
