| With the deepening development of the “Internet +”concept,the management strategy of enterprise emphasizes using the Internet platform using information and communication technology,combine all the various trades and occupations,break through the limitation of enterprise boundary,form a huge network structure of global coverage,in order to make full use of the Internet in the allocation of social resources optimization and integration,create a new ecological of more superior and higher economic development in a new field,and Highlights the importance of boundary Spanning cooperation behavior.Boundary Spanning cooperation behavior has been paid widespread attention and adulation.Dozens of non-Internet companies such as Apple,Haier are taking boundary spanning cooperation behavior to comply with the trend of economic development,meanwhile they have achieved much business success than take innovation activities only in the enterprise internal.Boundary Spanning cooperation behavior is to learn to make use of the force and complement each other,and is behavior of cooperation and interaction between the innovation main body embedded in different industries in the external environment,in order to recombine resources creatively,to accelerate the innovation activities of enterprises,to enhance their innovation performance.Therefore,enterprises need to undertake external search in a timely in order to get external key resources and effectively search for potential partners in different industry,at the same time,improve the enterprise strategy flexibility in a flexible coordinating the activities of the enterprise internal and external.However,there is few empirical research on relationship between boundary spanning cooperation behavior and innovation performance.So this study further discusses the relationship between boundary spanning cooperation behavior of behavior and innovation performance,by acting boundary spanning cooperation behavior as the breakthrough point,introducing external innovation search as a intervening variable and strategic flexibility as a moderator variable,building comprehensive theoretical model between boundary spanning cooperation behavior and innovation performance,in order to realize the enterprise innovation performance as the foothold,which hopes to make suggestions on boundary spanning cooperation behavior for the enterprises to carry out.The main content of this study are as follows.First of all,this study makes a summary on boundary spanning cooperation behavior,external innovation,strategic flexibility and innovation performance,mainly including the connotation,the measurement and dimension,the related research;Second,this study built the relationship between the variables and assumptions and construct theoretical model.Thirdly,makes an empirical analysis of the above assumptions,through scientific designing the questionnaire and through scientific designing the questionnaire and strictly questionnaire distributed recovery.For the final 365 samples,this study used software SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0 to confirmatory factor analysis,the mediation effect analysis and regulation analysis.Finally,it is conclusion and builds the relevant management mechanism.The conclusions of this study show that boundary spanning cooperation behavior is positively relevant with the innovation performance.The boundary spanning cooperation behavior positively influences on the innovation performance by means of the mediating effect of external innovation search.The strategic flexibility has significant moderating effect on the relationship between boundary spanning cooperation behavior and innovation performance,as well external innovation search and innovation performance. |
