Financing Lease Studies Based On Economic Growth

Since financing lease to produce,and plays an important role in the capital market,its development for many countries increased a new channels of investment in fixed assets.Financial leasing is an innovative financial services,will it form a financing purpose that it is the most prominent feature.Development in our country finance lease time relative to the late decades abroad,since reform and opening up,financing lease will grow into our field of vision,the related research for financing lease in our country is also very poor.In recent years,the central repeatedly emphasizes the development of financing lease,it is provides an opportunity for the development of financing leasing.So studying whether financing lease can promote the growth of the economy,and how to development of financing lease in our country has very important significance.This paper from the concept of financing lease,the characteristics,advantages and unique risk has carried on the systematic comb,and restriction factors of our country finance lease and lagging development of financial leasing the negative effect is analyzed.Secondly,in this paper,the financing lease and the relationship between the economic growth theory research,the empirical research part of the financing lease and economic growth,according to international data to prove whether the financing lease is promoting effect on economic growth,this part of the model in other scholars on the model of innovation.Finally,through to the foreign financing lease experience for reference,how will the development of financing lease to our country's practical problems,on the basis of combining the situation of our country,some Suggestions on the development of financing leasing in China.This text corpus and chart,theoretical and empirical,through the analysis on the relationship between the financing lease and economic growth,it is concluded that financing lease do exist promoting effect on economic growth,thus to develop the financing lease to promote economic growth.Because our country finance lease development still not mature,so this article will develop countermeasures and Suggestions to the practical problems of financing lease in China.In this paper,the development of financing lease in China's countermeasures are: to optimize the development environment of financing leasing,encourage the development of financing leasing and other industries,improve financing leasing its strength and raise public awareness of the financing lease.
