Studies On Social Responsibility Information Disclosure Of Agricultural Listed Companies In China

In recent years,the enterprise as a booster in the process of social and economic development,constantly given new social attribute,not only pursue its own profit maximization,more need to maintain environmental sustainability and social justice.However,with the continuous expansion of capital,the enterprise scale continues to expand,bring a series of problems such as wasting resources of public security,food security,environment pollution and so on,not only increasing attention to corporate social responsibility,more social responsibility information disclosure becomes a focus of theoretical and practical circles.Agricultural listed companies as the senior form of agricultural development and products,always shoulder such as guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products and realize the sustainable utilization of land and social sustainable development.In agriculture,however,behind the enterprise continuous development and expansion,appeared a series of "back agriculture" phenomenon,such as "pork","misshapen fruit","three fish two medicine",fruit tea,food safety problems such as excessive use of chemical fertilizers,livestock and poultry waste emissions at random,the chasm between agriculture and animal husbandry,straw burning,such as illegal dumping of agricultural enterprise environment pollution and illegal phenomenon such as planting genetically modified crops.These issues reflect the current situation of agriculture in our country enterprise society responsibility consciousness serious lack,also illustrate the importance and necessity of the social responsibility of information disclosure.This article based on the normative research methods,combined with the literature analysis and statistical analysis,in-depth analysis of the agricultural social responsibility information disclosure of listed companies in our country present situation and existing problems.First of all,using the method of literature analysis,comprehensive system in this paper,the research progress in the aspect of social responsibility information disclosure at home and abroad and the research results;Second,by the taian,collected data in the database using standards and statistical analysis method,studies the agricultural level of the social responsibility information disclosure of listed companies in our country overall conditions in the listed companies,according to analyze the agricultural listed companies at the same time,from the overall summary and planning problems existing in the agricultural social responsibility information disclosure of listed companies and reason,reveals the level of disclosure.Finally,in view of our country agricultural listed companies in social responsibility information disclosure problems,put forward to improve China’s agricultural social responsibility information disclosure of listed company quality advice.This paper mainly includes four chapters,the first chapter is introduction,mainly that starting point and the social background of selected topic,and the related literature review,provide more basis for follow-up study.The second chapter,first of all,to the agricultural social responsibility information disclosure of listed companies related concepts to define and outline;Secondly,expound the theoretical basis for this paper,for the article provides a strong theoretical basis for the follow-up studies.The third chapter,based on the present situation of agricultural social responsibility information disclosure of listed company statistical analysis and comparative analysis,points out that the agricultural listed companies in China in a series of problems in the social responsibility information disclosure,and from the all-round,multi-angle to explore the causes of the problem.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the mentioned in this paper,the related problems and reasons,put forward the corresponding improvement measures,in order to improve our country agriculture listed company information disclosure level has a certain reference value.
