Research On Dividend Policy Of Dabeinong Group

Dividend distribution policy is an important part of Chinese enterprise financial management activities,and it directly affects the company's development in the future.Compared to Western countries,Chinese capital market sets up relatively late,so the dividend policy of most Chinese listed companies is immature,and number of researches on this area is very small.There are many kinds of forms to distribute dividends in listed companies,including stock dividends,cash dividends and capitalization of capital reserve.The dividend policies of Chinese listed companies are determined by the company's major shareholders,so the policies do not fully consider the interests of minor shareholders.A reasonable dividend policy is good for the company's long-term development,so all aspects of the factors should be taken into account when the company formulates the dividend policies.In summary of the researches by scholars at home and abroad on dividend policy and related theories,this paper analyzes the current dividend policy of Dabeinong group from 2010 to 2015,finds out some problems of the dividend policy of Dabeinong group and the reasons for its existence.Finally,according to the dividend policy of listed companies in agricultural and sideline products processing industry,this paper puts forward some suggestions on Dabeinong Group's dividend policy,hoping to provide references for Dabeinong group to decide dividend policy in the future.
