Virtual stock incentive is one of the ways of equity incentive,which not only solves the problem of "entrusting one agent" in the company,but also solves the contradiction between managerial control and large-scale equity incentive in equity incentive.As the only one of the world's top 500 companies,Huawei has introduced a Western advanced equity incentive program in practice and combined with Huawei's own reality.In the course of its life cycle,Huawei has created a virtual stock incentive scheme with Huawei.The program has played a huge role in the development of Huawei,it is a good solution to Huawei in their different life cycle development process of capital and talent issues,greatly mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of all Huawei employees,due to virtual stock incentives It is not very extensive to use in our country's enterprises,but this kind of equity incentive has a unique point relative to other ordinary equity incentive,so it is of profound theoretical significance to carry on the case study of Huawei's virtual stock incentive.Huawei's virtual stock incentive has had a tremendous impact on the development of Huawei.This paper analyzes the background,process,content and effect of Huawei's implementation of virtual stock incentive scheme in each life cycle by taking the case study of Huawei's virtual stock incentive scheme in different life cycle by using case study method.It summarizes the characteristics of Huawei's virtual stock incentive mechanism and the reasons for the successful implementation of virtual stock incentive in HuaweiIn this paper,the development process of Huawei's virtual stock incentive system is divided into several periods,the background of the virtual stock incentive system introduced by Huawei in each period,the problems to be solved,the detailed analysis of the effect before and after the implementation,and then summarize the Huawei virtual The characteristics of the stock incentive system and the reasons for the successful implementation,summed up the non-listed enterprises in the implementation of virtual stock incentives when the useful experience.
