Neptune Machinery Co.Ltd is a one-stop water bottling line supplier,The whole bottled water production line technical content high,it is take long time to training the export sales.For us,how to retain core employees,improve employee turnover cost,stimulate the export sales staff enthusiasm,so as to achieve the growth performance of the company,is the core problem of the sustainable development of Neptune in the incentive competition in the market environment.In this paper,for a typical machinery export enterprises: Neptune Machinery Co.Ltd.,through the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,namely the basic concept,analysis of equity incentive in the theoretical basis,motivation,applications,using virtual equity at home and abroad,combined with the economic value added(EVA)evaluation method,combined with the performance the assessment,try to design a simple and applicable method of equity incentive from the founder's point of view,can be directly used in the company,the employees work for the company to create incremental profit by contribution share with employees,to achieve the company growth sharing system.From the unique perspective of the business owners,the virtual equity incentive research and economic value added(Economic Value Added)on the reasonable combination of analysis to a case study of feasibility,deficiencies and limitations of the mining scheme,design a set of virtual equity incentives to company Neptune,similar enterprises to develop the talent incentive mechanism for reference.The hope as a long-term incentive incentive way of virtual equity,by allowing export sales personnel to obtain company incremental gains dividends,let employees share the enterprise profit increment,and that when staff leave to consider leaving lost cost,loyalty and improved staff,alleviate the problem of talent the company,effective mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,improve efficiency,maintain the stability of the team management,reduce management costs release tissue potential.
