| In modern cities,leisure consume place is a type of numerous and rich leisure place.After the reform and opening,China’s economic has developing,leisure consume places has rising gradually in the daily life of urban resident’s proportion,our country also gradually overall entered the leisure consumption development stage.Leisure consume gradually become urban residents "enjoy" and "development" an important content of consumption demand.Xi’an is important city in the western region of China,the economic rapidly developing,there are more leisure consume places agglomeration in there.Especially the western university town,gathered many colleges and universities,with the increasing of the number of teachers and students,the demand of leisure consume place is increasing,leisure consume places growth in university town,has aroused people’s concern.Therefore,taking Xi’an western university town as an example,studying its leisure consume places and its space distribution feature,providing theoretical and empirical case for this aspect.The article first to comb and summarized the research advances at home and abroad.Then,select the western university city north district for the case,analyzed the present situation and characteristics of leisure consume places in university town,according to the cinema,the cafe shop,the gym related data,the western university town map,the shopping district constitution(according to the public comment network and the actual area delineation)and the western university town base land price base,constructing the spatial distribution map of leisure consume places in western university town,and analyzed the spatial distribution,distribution characteristics and interrelations of the overall leisure consume places and various types of leisure and consumption places in the western university town.This paper selects the main factors such as location factors,behavior factors,historical factors and natural factors in this paper.And quantitative analysis of location factors and behavioral factors(EXCEL questionnaire analysis,SPSS20.0 correlation analysis).Combined with the field investigation,analysis of its formation and development of the internal mechanism,thus revealing the western university city leisure consumption of some of the development characteristics.According to the distribution characteristics of leisure consumption places,combined with the characteristics of university students,founding some problems,mainly including: leisure consumption of a single form of business,leisure and quality of the uneven consumption of places,leisure and leisure places planning and layout unreasonable,leisure and consumption of the lack of user-friendly considerations and other issues.Combination with characteristics of consumer demand,put forward some optimization countermeasures and suggestions about western university town leisure consume places and its spatial structure.Hope for the future university town leisure consume places facilities configuration to provide some reference and help. |
