Study On Supply Chain Network Equilibrium And Coordination Problem Under Oligopoly Market

Oligopoly market is a very common economic market,the supply chain network is better than single supply chain who can reflect the reality of the market structure of the economy.The study of oligopoly market supply chain network equilibrium and coordination problems,can make a great contribution to optimizing the market structure,improving the market operation mechanism,and promoting the healthy development of market economy.In the third chapter,assuming that some enterprises is in a dominant position in its supply chain and have integrated the supply chain,the supply chains are oligopolies,and there are several kinds of products flowing through the supply chain network,so we create a supply chain network equilibrium model based on multiproducts under oligopoly market.In the model,because the design of the arc costs is a part of the enterprise total cost,the oligopolies not only need to choose the optimal flow of each product,but also need to consider optimal design capacity for each arc.The conditions of supply chain network nash equilibrium between oligopolies is reached by establishing a variational inequality,and the nash equilibrium is obtained by solving variational inequality,oligopoly market supply chain network obtained the profit maximization of multiproducts flow and arc capacity.The model is verified by two numerical experiments,numerical example1 shows that high price product markets are more likely to form a monopoly market than low commodity markets;Example2shows that reducing the unit cost of the enterprise,will have a lower price of the product,the consumption market will increase,so the size of the product market will be expanded.The supply chain contracts is important mechanism to coordinate the supply chain.Our paper extensd the traditional supply chain contracts such as the revenue sharing contract and buy-back contract which coordinating only single supply chain,to coordinate the supply chain network.We assume that there are two supply chain under oligopolistic competition.We contrast the total revenue of the supply chain network before and after signing the revenue sharing contract,and the numerical experiment shows that: if the supply chain network achieved the revenue sharing contract with a certain proportion to sharing the incremental revenue under contractual situation,then we can say that revenue sharing contract can coordinate the supply chain network.We also assume the three situations: both adopted buy-back contract;none adopted buy-back contract and one adopted but another don't.Wecontrast the total revenue under the three kinds of situations.The numerical experiments found in the oligopoly market supply chain network,supply chains are motivated to adopt buy-back contract,and buy-back contract can coordinate the supply chain network.Coordination degree affect the efficiency of the whole supply chain network.In this paper we proposed a method of evaluating the coordination degree of oligopoly market supply chain network based on Equivalent Efficiency Principle.According to the Equivalent Efficiency Principle,when the supply chain network is coordinated,the efficiency of all enterprises in the supply chain network is equal.So we use the oligarchs variance of actual efficiency between the supply chains as the evaluation index to evaluate the supply chain network coordination degree,we set up a network coordination degree evaluation model.We identify several special cases of the model and give economic explanations by a numerical example.
