With the fast development of science and technology,the competition of the world business has exceeded competition among enterprises and competition among products. Instead,the competition among supply chain becomes severer than those two.If enterprises in the supply chain want to be highly competitive,the supply chain must be made to have competitive edge first.Thus how to become more competitive in supply chain has attracted great attention of enterprises as well as scholars.Based on analyzing the existing study of the above topic,this thesis focuses on the coordination of supply chain and network equilibrium problem, especially highlights the supply chain coordination with contracts under uncertainty demand and in delivery time. The main contributions of this thesis include:Firstly,We study supply chain coordination by the use of price discount strategy.The supply chain consists of one supplier and one retailer with one product .We propose an improved order tactic—n-stage order tactic to maximize the total profit of the whole supply chain.Under this strategy the supplier and retailer can achieve win-win.Secondly,coordination order quantity decision is considered in a supply chain contract composed of one manufacturer and one retailer to meet the demand of a fashion good product with a short lifecycle.Under the condition of random demand or uncertain delivery time,we determine conditions under which either return contracts or markdown allowance contracts will be more desirable when considering supply chain members' cost of handling returned products and comparative liquidation advantage. Efficient return contracts and efficient markdown allowance contracts are designed to maximize the total profit of the whole supply chain.Thirdly, a supply chain network equilibrium model consisting of manufacturers,retaiers and consumers is developed. Based on competitive supply chain network with multi-commodity flow under uncertainty demand, we analyze the independent decisions of the manufactures, retailers and demand markets as well as the effect of their interaction. Equilibrium model are developed by variational inequality to maximize the total profit of the whole supply chain.It is solved by a smoothing Newton method. At last a numerical example is given.
