Since 2012,Alibaba and other electronic business enterprises have been launching the micro-enterprise loan business,Yu Ebao,and other Internet financial products competitively for seizing banking market,which brings a great shock to the banking industry.To copy with the shock and challenge brought by the Internet finance,ICBC marched into e-commerce field trying to increase the customer cohesion via commerce platform,and used the platform data to serve the marketing promotion and risk control of the bank's own financial product.Based on the literature review,the paper focuses on the ICBC's e-commerce platform and describes the process of its value creation.Moreover,this paper identifies the key factors which influence the value co-creation based on the perspective of banks: service innovation,relationship management,resource application and incentive guiding mechanism.Through the study,the following conclusions are achieved:Firstly,the capacity,willingness and inter-action among various parties of value co-creation can have a direct bearing on the value created.Secondly,ICBC,the businesses and users play different roles in the value co-creation.Thirdly,ICBC shall attach great importance to value co-creation and the role of businesses and users as mainstay,and give full play to their potential and capacity so as to achieve win-win progress among all players on the platform.The significance of the research is to provide a reference to create the ecosystem and commercial mode of e-business for ICBC's e-commerce platform,and realize the value co-creation and win-win among all parties closely combined with the service innovation under the network environment and platform economy.
