Under the traditional credit model,it is very difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises that lack of fixed assets to obtain cash loans.While the traditional trend of commercial banks in the interest rate market,interest rate spreads shrinking real and forced commercial banks to develop new profit growth point.On the one hand,there are a large number of small and medium enterprises want to get the funds to expand the business,on the other hand,the commercial banks to find new business areas to increase revenue.At the same time,the rapid development of the logistics industry makes the logistics enterprises in the business management of the status of the increasingly heavy business scope is also involved in the gradual expansion.Therefore,under the background of the supply chain of enterprises,the financing mode which is based on the financing of enterprises,commercial banks and logistics enterprises as the three party is the same choice.A variety of foreign financing in the form of inventory pledge for the financing of various forms of inventory management and control of the risk of financing methods are available.Compared to the developed countries,supply chain inventory financing development,domestic supply chain inventory financing business is still in the initial stage.Risk management awareness is not strong,the main method of risk management is also more traditional credit risk management methods,and does not meet the supply chain inventory pledge financing risk management.Domestic supply chain inventory pledge financing business management lags behind with a sharp rise in the volume of business.In this paper,the supply chain inventory pledge financing risk management as the research object,based on risk management risk identification,risk assessment,risk response of the three steps of the analysis.In the process of risk identification of supply chain inventory pledge financing,the risk analysis is carried out by using the flow chart method and expert survey method.Identified,the supply chain financing enterprises,supervision enterprises,logistics goods pledged four sources of risk,a risk evaluation index contains 1,two evaluation indexes of grade 12 and three grade risk risk evaluation index 18 risk evaluation index system is built in.Then,using the SPSS internal consistency reliability analysis,the reliability and reliability of the established risk evaluation index are proved.In the stage of risk assessment,the BP neural network model is simulated by MATLAB,and the BP neural network is used to build the risk evaluation model which is highly fit with the risk evaluation index system.In the stage of risk measures,according to the four aspects of supply chain inventory financing risk itemized review of risk related measures.Finally,combined with the evaluation index system and evaluation model,the paper analyzes the risk management of supply chain inventory pledge financing in the case of H cable company.In this paper,a scientific and objective method is used to analyze the risk management process of supply chain inventory pledge financing.At the same time,it also provides reference and reference for the commercial bank management risk of supply chain inventory pledge financing.
