Association Study Of The Relation Between Urbanization And Urban Construction Land Structure Change In Kashgar City

Urbanization is the necessary way to develop in human society.Land is the valuable resource material base for people's survival and development,which is of scarcity.There is a close relationship between the two mentioned above.With the accelerated development of urbanization,urban construction land has grown rapidly;On the one hand,the development of urbanization has affected the development trend of construction land,on the other hand,the sustainable use of construction land has become an important factor affecting urban development.Meanwhile,rapid population and economic growth,has resulted that the development of urbanization generates contradictions between urban land supply and demand.The growth of urban construction land inevitably threatens the cultivated land around the city,leading to the encroachment of a limited number of high quality arable land,which will flame up contradiction between urban land supply and demand.Therefore,Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the relationship between urbanization development and land use structure change,so as to put forward countermeasures,balance the relationship between urbanization development and construction land use,and realize the sustainable utilization of urban land.In this paper,based on the relevant statistical methods and basic interpretation of remote sensing images,the characteristics and change trends of urbanization progress and construction land scale and structure in Kashghar City from 2000 to 2014 were analyzed,then the relationship between above two factors was examined by using grey relation analysis method.The result indicated that:?the annual average weight of economic,population,social,ecology urbanization index were 0.396,0.255,0.224 and 0.125,respectively,indicating the contrition of economic factors was significant,population and social factors were the second,and ecology factors were not obvious comparatively;? During the study period,the overall scale of construction land,significantly affected by the development of urbanization,was getting increased.And the increase in construction land mainly comes from the conversion of cultivated land;?Through scientific statistical method,there was a significant interconnectedness between urbanization index and urban construction land index of Kashghar City,with a many year average correlation coefficient greater than 0.65,showing between urbanization developing and urban construction land index there was a tight relation,which was bidirectional and complex dynamic process.Among those urbanization index factors,which caused structural changes of construction land were social factors.Aimed at the above mentioned characteristics,in this paper,some problems of urbanization process in Kashghar City are pointed out and some measures are put forward,such as adjusting population structure,increasing investment in public service facilities and protection of urban ecological environment,effective using the limited land resources and so on.
