Urbanization would cause damage to the ecological environment and waste of land resources and other issues in the development process.In order to protect the environment,maintain ecological balance,the study has putted the focus on city's reasonable and effective planning.Nanchang,the province of ecological civilization-Jiangxi Province,the provincial capital city,the process of urbanization and ecological protection of the contradictions are prominent.In this paper,the Landsat image of Nanchang City would be used to study the expansion of urban construction land in the main city of Nanchang from 2000 to 2014,and the study analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of the urban construction land as well as the influence factors of the expansion.Based on the CA model,the study simulates the urban area of Nanchang in 2020.The work done in this paper is mainly reflected in the following four aspects:(1)Based on multi-temporal and multi-source remote sensing images,the optimal classification samples are extracted and the remote sensing images are classified by supervised classification method.(NDBI)was used to extract the spectral characteristics of four periods.Combined with the SEaTH algorithm,the optimal training samples were obtained by using IDL software,and the results were obtained by using the data structure.This set of data is combined with the classification method based on NDBI support vector machine to classify the four remote sensing images and obtain the land use classification map of the fourth stage image.(2)Using the land using transfer matrix to analyze the spatial and temporal characteristics of urban expansion in Nanchang.According to the land using classification chart,the construction land of Nanchang City was extracted in 2000,2004,2009 and 2014 by GIS technology.The expansion of the construction land in the main urban area of Nanchang has experienced a gentle-medium-speed stage,and the trend of steady development has been developed as a whole.In the spatial characteristics,combined with the direction and distance of the center of gravity transfer,the urban construction land of Nanchang is characterized by internal filling and extension.Through the method of principal component analysis,the influencing factors of urban expansion are analyzed,and the change of agricultural population to non-agricultural population and the improvement of traffic conditions are the main driving factors influencing urban expansion,as well as the change of urban expansion and economic population positive correlation.(3)(CBR-CA)model based on case-based reasoning was established on the basis of case-based reasoning technology and cellular automata model.CBR-CA model was used to analyze the urban construction land in Nanchang in 2004 and 2014 The CBR-CA model has the advantages of high precision of simulation.Finally,the CBR-CA model is used to simulate the construction land of Nanchang in 2020,which can provide some technical support for the research of Nanchang city expansion.
