With the development of Chinese network service ability and the endless increase of Chinese customers' demand of e-retailing,Chinese cross-border e-retailing market has been grown up step-by-step.The return-policy information of e-retailers is the basic product and service that e-retailers provide to customers.Thus this research paid attention to evaluation of the Chinese across-border e-retailers' return-policy information quality.In order to do the evaluation research strictly,the research reviewed the existing literatures and teased the researches of return policy,cross-border e-retailing and information quality.We found out that there are few researches about information quality of Chinese cross-border e-retailers' return policies.Thus we use the classic content analysis to evaluate information quality of Chinese cross-border e-retailers' return policies.After the literature review,we construct the dimensionality of information quality evaluation,which contains information content quality(quantity of information,logicality & completeness),information expressing quality(veracity,novelty,conciseness & friendliness)and information system quality(accessing,responsiveness,background explanation and iterative).With the research of quantization method and the collection of data,we got the original data.After statistic treatment,we analyzed the points,distribution and cluster of information content quality,information expressing quality and information system quality.We found out that the information quality of Chinese across-border e-retailers' return-policy is in the low level nowadays and serious polarization.In the view of second-level dimensionality,it has established the basic framework and lacks of value-added services.In the view of enterprises,there is obvious cluster,and the lead-group has developed into a high level,the whole system is getting better day by day.Based on above research,we gave the advice to government,industry and enterprises,so that information quality of Chinese across-border e-retailers' return-policy information quality can get better,and customers can receive better service.
