With the development of globalization,the relationship between enterprises has become increasingly obvious networkization,the market competition has transferred to the competition between supply chains.However,with the development of information technology and the increasing of industry uncertainty,the flow and configuration of resources in the world has been greatly strengthened,which leads to the more complicated and leaner supply chain,thus the supply chain vulnerability has been increased.The automotive industry can be regarded as the pillar industry of in national economy,its healthy operation has a greater impact on the orderly operation of China’s economic system.In recent years,a series of events expose the vulnerability of the automotive supply chain,therefore,it is of great significance to study the vulnerability of automotive supply chain.Based on analyzing the current situation of the automotive supply chain and the related research results,this paper studies the vulnerability of the automotive supply chain.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analyze the current situation of automotive supply chain through using case study method,and summarize the research on the vulnerability of supply chain both at home and abroad.On this basis,examine the vulnerability of automotive supply chain and identify the causes and the solution to the automotive supply chain vulnerability,which lays the foundation for designing the follow-up overall scheme.(2)Design the overall scheme from the vulnerable nodes identification stage and the vulnerable nodes risk management stage.Firstly,research on vulnerable nodes identification stage from the network structure and vulnerable nodes identification model of the automotive supply chain.Then,study the risk management phase of vulnerable nodes from aspects of the enterprise risk index system and the enterprise risk assessment model.Finally,design the overall scheme according to the above-mentioned researches.The next focus of study was vulnerable nodes identification model and the vulnerable nodes risk assessment model which are the key technologies of the overall scheme.(3)Study the characteristics of vulnerable nodes in automotive supply chain so as to build the vulnerable nodes identification model of the automotive supply chain.Based on the complex network,this model calculates the vulnerability of nodes by coupling the transmission effect of the node failure and the measure indexes of the vulnerability,and identifies vulnerable nodes according to the node vulnerability.(4)Research on risk assessment model of vulnerable nodes in automotive supply chain.Firstly,this paper analyzes limitations of BP neural network and improves the BP neural network.Secondly,this paper analyzes the risks characteristics of enterprise in automotive supply chain,and sets up the collection and processing methods of BP neural network sample data as well as the risk evaluation level.Later,this paper constructs the risk assessment model for vulnerable nodes based on the improved BP neural network.Apply this overall scheme to one automotive supply chain and analyze the expected benefits to verify the effectiveness and scientificity of the overall scheme.
