The Labor Security Supervision Department Should Study The Mass Incidents Of Labor Relations

Nowadays,the number of mass emergencies occurred in labor inspection field is growing constantly.Labourers appeal more,non-rational rights protection events increase,and some even beyond the limits of the law.Being the main relationship in society,labor relations,whether or not stable,directly affect China’s social reality problems,without stable labor relations,there is no stable social environment.Department of labor inspection increasingly attach importance to mass incidents.As one member of A Municipal Labour Inspection Bureau,the author has a certain practical experience and thinking on labor inspection agencies deal with mass incidents.The reason why the author chose this topic is to analyze the problems the departments of labor inspection should pay attention to and the orientation should strive to by combining with an instance of labor inspection in A city.Through typical cases,this article combing the structure of the labor inspection mass emergencies of A city,exploring disposition mechanism of A city,thus provide relevant advice to better deal with mass emergencies.This article chose three typical examples of mass emergencies occurred in A city.The reasons of these three examples are different.By means of analysis of general condition,treating processes,consequence and reasons,the author put forward three solutions to improve mass emergency disposition,such as prevention and early warning,perfecting contingency plan and strengthen labor inspection strength.
