A Study On The Tourism Development Of The Shanchong Ancient Villages In Changtai County Under The Angle Of Community Development

Ancient villages are the place where the villagers produce and live,and the ancient villages of China have rich historical and cultural resources.With the development of rural tourism in our country,the ancient village gradually became a special tourist destination.More ancient villages in the process of tourism development in our country is dominated by government or the enterprise organization development driven by top-down model,ignore the participation of villagers.In the process of tourism development,tourist resources are overspent.Domestic and foreign scholars focus on community participation in tourism development,and found that compared with traditional top-down development model,bottom-up way of community construction is more advantageous to promote the sustainable development of ancient villages.The Taiwan region has solved the problems of decline in rural development by promoting the overall construction of rural communities,and has achieved sustainable development.ShanChong ancient villages in Changtai county in the process of tourism development is facing environmental carrying capacity decline,the problem such as damage to ancient dwellings.From the perspective of community building,can provide new train of thought,and realize the sustainable development of ancient villages.This paper combed the community construction at home and abroad with the method of literature analysis and the research achievements of ancient village tourism development,community construction case analysis of tourism development at home and abroad,and summarizes the community construction experience and enlightenment.This paper discusses the tourism development of ancient villages in China,analyzes the present situation of tourism development in China and the mode of tourism development.Aiming at the problems of tourism development of ancient villages in our country,the optimization measures are put forward from the angle of community construction.Qestionnaire survey and in-depth interviews was carried out in ShanChong ancient villages to analyze the attitudes of community construction,and found that villagers generally have a favourable view of community construction,ShanChong ancient villages has the community build internal foundation,external conditions,catalytic power,but there are potential obstacles.From the perspective of community building,ShanChong ancient villages tourism development optimization strategy is proposed.The local government should make scientific planning to guide work,completes the overall guidance of village tourism planning,guide the regulation of tourism enterprises,improve the tourism information system and environment evaluation system,protect the interests of the community.The community should strengthen its own organization and institutional building,and democratic management,and actively solicit villagers' opinions and Suggestions in the course of tourism development.Tourism enterprises should improve their professional management and management level,and actively absorb and employ the local labor force of the village to solve the local labor problem.The villagers should actively participate in the construction of village tourism planning and strengthen supervision over the development of tourist enterprises.
