As Peter F.Drucker had ever said,today's competition,notcompetition of products,but competition between business models.It is quite appropriate for the circumstance today,the era of big data,which the market changing so fast and highly competitive.Many traditional state-owned company has met great difficulties in running business.This forced the stated-owned company to innovate their business model to adapt to the changing circumstance of the big data era.Based on the study of relevant research of business model,big data home and abroad,this paper analyses the business environment,consumer behavior and the dilemma of stated-owned company under the circumstance of big data era.This paper also analyses the factors that affect the innovation of business model.Thus summarize up the routes of business model innovation of state-owned company.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,this paper explores and analyses the factors that affect the business model innovation of traditional stated-owned enterprise.Under the circumstance of big data era,the innovation of business model should coincide with the features of these factors----the service-oriented product,users instead of consumers,the high efficient supply chain,the diversified profit model.Secondly,this paper explores the routes of business model innovation of traditional stated-owned company,and put forwards suggestions that the traditional stated-owned companies innovate their business model by focusing the users,running business both online and offline,reshaping the value chain and ICT construction.Thirdly,this paper takes the example of Xiamen Seashine Group,the top ten stated-owned company in Xiamen.Based on the analyses of business model of Xiamen Seashine Group,this paper researches how Xiamen Seashine forms a business ecosystem by taking the advantage of its agricultural supply-chain and using the IT technology.This paper integrates theory with practice.The conclusion has certain inspiration and reference to the business model innovation of traditional stated-owned company.But under the changing circumstance of big data era,the innovation of business model should be a dynamic procedures.The traditional stated-owned company should constantly adjust and innovate its business model.
