The Study Of The Sustainable Development Of Jiangsu Micro-credit Companies

Private enterprises have make a great contribution to the rapid development of economy in Jiangxi province.Small and medium-sized enterprises account for more than 99% of all private enterprises in Jiangxi province.We must recognize that the economic boom of Jiangxi province is inseparable from the growing of small businesses.However,the rapid development of economy is also exposing the financing difficulties of the SMEs.In order to solve these difficulties,Jiangxi province have begun to carry out the micro-credit company in 2008.After six years developing,the micro-credit companies have rapidly founded throughout Jiangxi province,eased the financing problem of SMEs and played a positive role to the economic development.The bankruptcy of micro-credit company in Nanchang have alarmed us to notice the problems.In that case,to explore the sustainable development of micro-credit companies and promote the sustainable development of micro-credit companies in Jiangxi province has an important significance.In this paper,we use questionnaire,surveys,field research and other methods to study and analyze the condition of micro-credit companies in Jiangxi province.First,we use questionnaire and field research to analyze the condition of micro-credit companies,including the financing conditions,loan status,financial status,risk conditions and operating conditions,in order to find the problems existing in the development of micro-credit companies in Jiangxi province.Through this analysis,we find that the micro-credit companies are developing smoothly and are potential for sustainable development.Then,according to the previous theories and the problems existing in the development of micro-credit companies.On this basis,we use the factor analysis to calculate the importance of various factors affecting the sustainable development of micro-credit companies in Jiangxi province and finding out the more significant factors.In the end,according to the empirical results,we put forward proposals from the view of the government and the company on promotion of sustainable development of micro-credit companies,hoping to be able to offer some reference for the sustainable development of micro-credit companies in Jiangxi province.
