In China, the dual background of wide-range experimental unit of micro creditcompany aims at promoting the development of rural finance and solving the difficulty ofsmall and medium-sized enterprises in financing. Urban and rural people with low income,small and medium-sized enterprises and poor people can get funds by micro credit, whichcan effectively eliminate the rural poverty and it is effective tool for poverty alleviation.As the constant development and improvement of socialist market economic system,the credit financing system in China also gets remarkable development. The cognition andacceptability of the society for credit agent is enhanced universally. Especially for microcredit company limited, its targeted service object is the group with low income and smalland medium-sized enterprises, which is appreciated and favored by general mass. It isworth mentioning that China has introduced a series of policy and measure to encouragethe development of small and medium-sized enterprises in recent years so that micro creditcompanies get rapid development. In this sense, the author chooses the micro creditcompany limited as the object of study to make deep analysis.Though the micro credit companies in China present the commercialized anddiversified development tendency, a variety of business carry out rapidly and the degree ofmodernization of company becomes higher and higher. It is worth mentioning that therehas not been a company in China which establishes a set of reasonable and effectiveperformance evaluation index system to measure the business development of micro creditcompany. Most of previous literature only makes qualitative research on the performanceof micro-credit. However, as is known, with the advance of information age, the enterprisemarket competition becomes increasingly drastic. In order to achieve the sustainabledevelopment, enterprises must make effective performance management. Performancemanagement not only needs to realize its function in human resource management. Themore important is that it is an indispensable point of strategy implementation forenterprises to achieve sustainable development. Performance management encourages thecontinuous improvement of enterprises and finally achieves the rapid, healthy and sustainable development of enterprises by managing and controlling the process ofestablishment of enterprise strategy, target decomposition, performance evaluation andeffect feedback.This thesis takes K Micro Credit Co., Ltd as the case to study the performancemanagement of private micro credit company. Adopting the quantitative and qualitativeresearch methods, based on analyzing the existence background and market developmenttendency of private micro credit companies in China as well as the main problems existingin the private micro credit companies in China, it further analyzes the current situation ofperformance management of K Micro Credit Co., Ltd and makes deep research andanalysis on the main problems existing in the performance management system of K MicroCredit Co., Ltd and the risk responsibility index. In addition, for the above-mentionedproblems, it puts forward the improvement plan design of this company’s performancemanagement as well as the design plan of key risk point of business process and theimplementation of safeguard measures, which points out the beneficial suggestion andconsideration to the improvement of performance management of K Micro Credit Co., Ltd.
