| The financial leasing has increased tremendously in China recent years,which is also playing an important role in the financial market.At the same time,when the financial leasing company implement the financial leasing project,more and more risks has been exposed.It's a strong demand for financial leasing project risk management.But the studies based on the risk management of financial leasing project at present is relatively less,especially according to its own characteristics of financing lease project,systematic applying the risk management system to identify the project risk,evaluate of risk,and so on.ZJ financial leasing Company is a nationwide finance lease company,it provides service to the micro,small and medium-sized industry,modern agriculture and the new industries related to industrialization and urbanization construction.Financial leasing project has the characteristics of complexity and flexibility,coupled with the current complex economic situation,in the face of specific industries in special circumstances,ZJ financial leasing company has its merit in its risk control in the process of project implementation,there are also some shortcomings.Thus,this paper study and analysis the risk of ZJ's finance lease project.Firstly,define the related concepts of financing lease,and stating the current situation of domestic and foreign research theories.Secondly,this paper analysis the characteristics of ZJ's project deliveries,combined with its risk control process,summarize what ZJ had present advantages and problems of the company's risk management and control.According to that,use empirical research of ZJ's typical project,by identifying project risks,adopting combine the quantitative and qualitative method,analysis and prioritize the risk,drew the risk map.Finally,reassessing the risk and offering a proposal of corresponding risk.At last,on the basis of summarizing the case for the financial leasing company risk control countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.. |
