In recent years,banking life insurance company has become a new force in the insurance industry with the force of bank shareholders in China,and it relies on natural advantages brought impact to the insurance market.The development of shareholder bank channel becomes the main business source of banking life insurance company,and how to make the banking life inssurance company’bank agency channel for sustainable development and in-depth development is the focus of the research.This paper reviews the relevant literature and data about the development of the bank agency channel of banking life inssurance company.It uses the comparative analysis method and chart analysis method to carry on the simple comparison between the banking life inssurance company and the non-banking life inssurance company from the angle of the holding bank’s resources.It points out the value of the banking life inssurance company’bank agency channel from the business,the goodwill and the customer resources.And it points out the function mechanism of its economic complementarity effect,economic synergy effect and the risk management and control integration.Then it analyzes products and the development situation of the bank agency channel from the banking life insurance company’s holding bank and non holding bank two angles,and it summarizes the outstanding problems in the development of the channel,product,team,industry,competition and the other banking channels.At the same time,this paper draws on the experience of foreign bancassurance channel development from four aspects of cooperative banks,cooperative relations,product strategy and service quality,and it draws on the field investigation on the ICBC-AXA Life Insurance Company’bank agency channel.Finally,in order to improve and deepen the sustainable development,this paper chooses the ICBC-AXA Life Insurance Company as an example,and it puts forward suggestions on deepening cooperation,stable relations,coordinated development and upgrading services.
