Conception On Intelligent Insurance Community

In recent years,Chinese insurance industry developed rapidly,at the same time,the rapid development has also shown a lot of problems,lead to the loss of customers,damage the reputation of insurance.These has become a major bottleneck in the development of the insurance industry.Under the background of wisdom city development,if insurance can catch the chance,basied on the development of new technology to construct intelligence insurance community,participate in community financial system to solve the current difficulties faced by the insurance industry,is a topic worthy of study.In this paper,intelligence insurance community is defined as a new community construction mode,a new mode of operation of insurance enterprises.The intelligence insurance community construction take the customer as the center,around the community construction,make full use of the Internet of things,to obtain insurance linked sensates,insurance product individualization,make insurance living,our life with insurance.The concept of insurance community,expounds the eight construction principles of insurance community construction such as people-oriented,win-win situation.Then analyze the relationship of insurance companies,the government in,residents,put forward the overall frame of the construction of intelligence insurance community,analyzes the insurance information exchanges,insurance basic information management service function of intelligence insurance community,after study the construction mode of intelligence insurance community,this paper thinks that China applies to government dominant mode.The construction of intelligence insurance community improve the utilization of social resources,enhance the image of the insurance company,provide a better service for the residents.
