Study On Feasibility Of Intelligence Incubator Project

As information technology develops rapidly,especially internet economy and industry 4.0 arrive,new generation of information technologies such as internet of things,big data and cloud computing rise in response to the proper time and conditions and develop dramatically,which have been applied to various industries.Combination between technologies such as internet of things and intelligent zone will help to realize effective synergy and data sharing of intelligent systems within the zone.Platform of intelligent zone built based on technologies such as internet of things could expand related functions such as business configuration management,that it is able to offer diversified services for different users such as residents,enterprises,regulators of the zone and vindicators of the system,and meet with users'personalized demands.The paper studies intelligent incubator project,which is the development demand for Weihai G incubator to adapt to new situation.Combining actual operation and demand and doing feasibility analysis on technology,financial affairs and organizational management,the paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility to establish intelligent incubator,which will enrich the application area of feasibility analysis,to provide a reference for the project construction of the decision to ensure that the project is economic,reasonable,scientific,standardized and efficient,to avoid social and economic losses.The paper contains seven chapters.Chapter One will state background,significance,contents and structure arrangement,main innovations and methods of research.Chapter Two will introduce theoretical researches related to internet of things,intelligent zone and incubator.Chapter Three takes Weihai G incubator as the object of research to state background,vision and goals of implementation of intelligent incubator project construction,analyze characteristics and actual significance of the project,and adopt SWOT to do related demonstration and analysis.Chapter Four will do feasibility analysis from the perspectives of software,hardware and key technologies and based on actual demands of the project.Chapter Five will systemically analyze the feasibility of intelligent incubator project from the perspectives of investment estimation,fund raising and financial appraisal.Chapter Six will summarize project design,assignment of responsibility,schedule of project development,and time of completion based on organizational management and risk assessment of the project,then analyze the feasibility of the project from the aspect of organizational management.Chapter Seven will summarize and analyze the feasibility to carry out intelligent incubator in Weihai G incubator from the aspects of technology,financial affairs and management,then to provide theoretical guidance and paths for other similar projects to do related demonstrations and constructions.Based on demonstration and analysis on intelligent incubator project,the paper enriches theories and frameworks related to new technologies such as internet of things to some extent,and perfects related theoretical researches on construction of intelligent zone.Meanwhile,employing intelligent methods to establish platform of intelligent zone will realize win-win situation for both management and operation of the zone and business incubation;it will also play the role of guidance and demonstration to help other incubator zones to do scientific planning and realize healthy development.
