Along with the rapid development of economy of xianyang, consumer demand for vehicles and risk awareness are also gradually increase, also more and more high to the requirement of insurance products, insurance industry competition intensified is mainly due to the new channel dramatic impact on the traditional marketing channels and the collectivization the competition pressure from large insurance companies in shaanxi. Useful insurance companies in xianyang in recent years, the decline in market share, higher loss ratio, and a decline in margins of many problems. So we must improve the core competitiveness,change the marketing concept,gradually improve the company's marketing system, using Internet technology to explore potential customers, develop appropriate marketing methods and efficient information network strengthening customer sticky, with the head office of the company increased brand influence in the awareness of the cons umer groups, develop more win consumers continue to focus on the combination of product, the future development for the company to lay a solid foundation.Taking useful insurance companies in xianyang as the research object, investigated the marketing of the current state of the company, company is analyzed from two aspects of inside and outside of the main problems existing in the marketing strategy, with the SWOT method to clear the company with the help of the marketing strategy in the future. Around useful insurance companies in xianyang launched by the current car insurance products,put forward the company's marketing goal,from product, channel,price,promotion four aspects formulated the new marketing strategy: products, diversification of product combination, combined with market demand changes to adjust to the existing car insurance products,using differentiated service for customer loyalty; Channels,strengthen the traditional channels, such as the management of the dealer, the electric pin, using advanced technology to develop network marketing channels at the same time; Price, by customers and models for each two factors make different prices, will be more targeted to the target market; Sales promotion, combined with the current market environment, mainly through public relations, advertising and business promotion for the company's brand publicity and influence rendering.Thesis research results useful to ascension in xianyang branch marketing level, to promote the useful in xianyang branch of competitiveness has certain application value, in the formulation of marketing strategy for other similar companies also have certain re ference significance.
