In today's society,enterprises are in an increasingly competitive dynamic environment,in this context,more and more organizations began to pay attention to listen to staff opinions,advocate staff behavior,this research has begun to be widely scholars attention.Our country has five thousand years of history,influenced by the Confucian culture of thought far and far,people generally exist to maintain the silence of the character,which collectivism of this value on the people of the human life has an important impact,so that our employees often have the following of the performance: show a low level of participation of voice behavior,lack of opportunity to offer advice,and even risk-averse considerations rejected suggestions.At the same time,the new generation of employees to become the main force of the current workplace for the current business management has brought new challenges and opportunities.On the one hand,the new generation(after 80s)employees have their different personality than the older generation of personality traits,on the other hand the growth environment and family structure changes,making the new generation of employees need to deal with more work families Related questions.It is of practical significance to use this kind of people as the research object not only to meet the research hotspots in the field of management,but also to mobilize the enthusiasm of our employees and improve the voice behavior of employees.Therefore,this paper regards the new generation staff as the core research object of the thesis.Based on the above background,this article through the study of literature,family friendly practice on the new generation of staff voice behavior as the theme,Introduce the organization to identify this mediator variable,Through the distribution of questionnaires and statistical analysis,To verify the family friendly practice on the new generation of staff behavior related behavior,The mediating effect of organizational identification and the regulatory effect of collectivism on organizational identification and behavior of new generation staff.A total of 266 new generation employees from different regions were surveyed.The exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,multivariate correlation and regression analysis were carried out using SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0.It mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)Family friendly practice has a significant impact on the voice behavior of the new generation of employees.(2)Organizational identification in the family friendly practice and the behavior of the new generation of employees between its part of the intermediary role.(3)Collectivism can moderate the relationship between Organizational identification and promotive voice of the new generation employees.The effect will be more significant with a higher Collectivism degree,while prohibitive voice has no significant link with it.
