With the rapid advance of China's industrialization process and the rapid development of infrastructure investment,vigorously support the aluminum manufacturing industry has been emerging as an important material for national industrial policy and the rapid development in recent years,aluminum manufacturing industry is facing the domestic aluminum industry overcapacity and rising costs,the international aluminum market demand diversification of high-end technology,computer and Internet technology in the customer relationship management application,China manufacturing in the international market brand highlights the external environment changes,the implementation of customer relationship management system has become an important content to build the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper used qualitative research method,quantitative research method and case study method to study the problem diagnosis and system optimization of the customer relationship management system of LD aluminum industry.First,determine the key and feasibility of customer relationship management based on the problems existing in LD aluminum's internal and external environment and customer relationship management on the analysis;secondly,the design and optimization of LD company customer relationship management system,build customer database,customer evaluation standards,customer segmentation,customer evaluation and personalized customization,star customer relationship management customer relationship management system module and strategic guidance idea,customer relationship management module design and data analysis;finally,LD aluminum manufacturing enterprise customer relationship management and operation management,through the organization and division of responsibilities,key processes,performance management system construction of the customer relationship management operation management system,and introduces the the effect of the implementation of customer relationship management system.Through the design and practice of customer relationship management system so that all employees to establish the "customer relationship management to the customeras the center" business process management and automation solutions,leadership and staff training is very important for the implementation of customer relationship management,to personalized marketing and database marketing as the main means to achieve operational efficiency and corporate profit growth that combination of database marketing theory and information technology makes the theory of customer relationship management is more vitality and practicability.
