Study On The Evaluation Of Economic Responsibility Audit Of State-owned Enterprise Leaders In X City

X city is an important provincial capital city,belonging to the important administrative division of northwest C hina.the economic responsibility audit of the city began in 1999,the state-owned enterprise leader audit has made outstanding contributions in strengthening the cadre management and promoting leading cadres and promoting the party style and integrity construction.In the theoretical research and practice of economic responsibility audit,the economic responsibility audit evaluation of state-owned enterprises is of great significance,so it needs to build the evaluation index system and evaluation method of the leaders of state-owned enterprises.Through reviewing the research status of economic responsibility audit evaluation index and evaluation methods,and comprehensively combing the existing evaluation index of state-owned enterprises,the audit evaluation system,including the financial performance and management compliance of state-owned enterprises,two dimensions of audit evaluation system,using qualitative and quantitative methods to build the evaluation index system of state-owned enterprises.
