A Study On Challenges And Solutions Of Cross-border E-commerce Under Customs Supervision

In recent years,the rapid development of the "Internet plus" under the background of China’s Cross-border trade E-commerce in international trade has become a new force of foreign trade mode.China customs has the duty on the supervision of the entry and exit of state organs,undertakes the important mission to safeguard the interests of Cross-border trade E-commerce.However,the existing customs supervision cannot only meet the development of Cross-border trade E-commerce requirements,but also do not conducive to promoting the healthy development of Cross-border trade E-commerce.this paper aims to explore the solutions through customs supervision improvements to promote the legal,sustainable and healthy development of Cross-border trade E-commerce.First of all,this paper introduces the development trend of Cross-border trade E-commerce,expounds the two modes of operation and development of import and export,as well as the status quo of customs supervision.Secondly,the in-depth study and analysis the challenges faced by customs supervision model and trade security and convenience of Cross-border trade E-commerce.Besides,the paper analyses the foreign customs on Cross-border trade E-commerce practices and related significance.Therefore,the solutions are provided at the end of the paper in the respects of the top-level design,strategic plan,efficiency and quality improvement,trade security and convenience and other innovations of customs supervision measures.
