In 2005,the United Nations development fund formally put forward the concept of "Inclusive finance",namely based on equality of opportunity sustainable principles,requirements and business through the guidance of strengthening policy support,to strengthen the construction of the financial system,improve the financial infrastructure,demand for financial services at affordable cost of all social strata and groups to provide the appropriate and effective financial services,and to determine,farmers,small micro enterprises,urban lowincome people and people with disabilities,the elderly,and other special groups to Inclusive financial service object.Its core idea dating back to the 15 th century by the Roman church to universal friends pawn shop;And in the 70 s of the 20 th century,the contemporary sense of inclusive finance has gradually formed,especially by Muhammad in Bangladesh the success of the test,lifted the globalization of Inclusive finance;inclusive finance in the 1990 s began to transition to inclusive finance;Into the new century,with the Internet and the popularization of information technology,a new system gradually formed.And community Banks is an integral part of the financial system.Since the 19 th century,the concept of community Banks have initiation in the United States,due to the positioning at Inclusive financial,link net week community residents,make community Banks and large commercial bank has carried on the dislocation competition,the comparative advantage,and achieved good economic and social benefits.BN bank community bank serve the community,closer to the customer needs.In October2010 the bank opened its first Community Banks.BN community Banks not only faced with fierce competition from the trade community Banks,also faces competition dimension reduction of the conventional branch,facing the larger costs and competitive pressures.How to adjust their growth depends on the internal and external environmental changes,show how to use the marketing promotion,brand strength,using the advantages of community,mining potential customers,is the key to stand out from the same kind Banks.In this article,through analysis of BN community bank summed up the experience and lessons in the process of growth,from the analysis on market experience,carry on the 4Ps strategy and marketing strategy design,hope through these studies can help the community Banks tomake its healthy development,and explore some of the new mode and method to solve the problem.
