The Construction Mechanism Of Enterprise Innovation Ecosystem Based On Core Enterprise

With the coming of the age of Internet economy in the 21 st century,the accelerated process of economic globalization,highly unstable market environment,changeful intense commercial competition pattern and consumer demand make the innovation activities change from being engineered and mechanical to ecological and organic.Based on literature review and the needs of enterprise practice,this paper aims at discussing how the core enterprise build enterprise innovation ecosystem based on the enterprise technology innovation ecosystem and non-technical innovation system.From microcosmic point of view,a literature review is made on the concept and definition of core enterprise in enterprise innovation ecosystem.Then,this paper adopts single-case embedded design and makes an exploratory study of enterprise innovation ecosystem built by Haier,one of the domestic famous innovative enterprises,from different dimensions of enterprise innovation management factors.Finally,this paper cades and analyzes the every nodes of value chain of six innovation products/technology launched by Haier in recent years and discovers that:1.Based on the external macro innovation environment,the construction of core enterprise innovation ecosystem has two main parts: one is the enterprise technology innovation ecosystem,focusing on users and setting up innovation platform to cooperate with many kinds of technology providers for technological innovation,and another is peripheral support of non-technical innovation system,including strategy innovation as the blueprint,culture innovation as the forerunner,management innovation as the base,organization innovation as the guarantee,system innovation as the power and market innovation as the way.2.The core enterprise should integrate innovation management factors of strategy,technology,management,culture,organization,system,and market effectively,making them interact with each other,to make enterprise interact with users continuously.Besides,core enterprise should construct cooperation mechanism between core enterprise and technology providers quickly and efficiently through the innovation platform,optimizing the allocation of innovation resources,to realize the mutual promotion and co-evolution among members of the system.The conclusion of this paper will expand and supplement the current theory of enterprise innovation ecosystem,providing some suggestions to the innovation enterprises that are committed to build their own enterprise innovation ecosystems.
