Mechanism For International Innovation Of Cooperation In China Based On Open Innovation Ecosystem

With the development of global economic integration, R&D and technical management indicate obvious trend of global cooperation. As a way to enhance the capability of independent innovation, the biggest problem is how to carry out international innovation of cooperation to achieve complementary and share in innovative resources internationally, to update and strengthen the core competitiveness and innovation capacity and to improve the level of innovation ecosystem. So this paper delves into international innovation of cooperation by introducing innovation ecosystem in order to provide a theoretical reference for China’s independent innovation strategy and construction of innovative country.First of all, we summarize the review of cooperative innovation, international cooperation and innovation ecosystem on the basis of forefathers. After analyzing foreign and domestic status about international innovation of cooperation, we conclude that international innovation of cooperation have been expanding and diversified, but architecture and mechanism for international innovation of cooperation still needs further improvement in the initial formation of architecture.Secondly, through the study of international innovation of cooperation and and innovation ecosystem, we construct model about international innovation of cooperation which include core layer, an auxiliary layer, the platform layer and the environment layer. The model analyzes how important constituent elements at all levels play role in the international innovation of cooperation and the whole innovation ecosystem. According to the four levels, we take Tianjin International Joint Academy of Biomedicine for example to make a case study.In addition, we study operation and safeguard mechanisms, make the corresponding empirical research about operation mechanisms, and analyze coordination, incentives and supervision mechanism in terms of safeguard. Finally, according to structures and mechanisms in the international innovation of cooperation, we put forward related strategies and suggestions.The innovation of this paper is that we research architecture and mechanism for international innovation of cooperation from the perspective of open innovation ecosystem with game and case analysis. On the basis of the original framework of cooperative innovation, we increase in the platform layer and international factors in the environment layer, forming the framework of international innovation of cooperation, which include the core layer, an auxiliary layer, the platform layer and the environment layer. In addition, we analyze operation and safeguard mechanisms for international innovation of cooperation with dynamic game model, which advance the development and improvement of theory on mechanism for international innovation of cooperation.
