Since the 1990 s,China's financial system gradually opening,the space of financial development accelerating,indirect financing bank as intermediary are being replaced by direct financing securities firm as the main body step by step.As an important medium of direct financing,the securities company effectively converts savings into investment,finances social surplus funds through the capital market,improves capital velocity and efficiency,finally realizes the optimal allocation of capital.In a word,it plays an essential role in the capital market.But in recent years,with the acceleration of steps of mixed management in financial and floating commission system,all securities companies are facing severe challenges.G as a national first-class and comprehensive securities company,there has been many problems such as big but not strong enough,lots of business but master of none.As a result,there has a certain practical value and representative signif icance of the study of G's business performance.First of all,this thesis describes the background and signif icance of G securities firm business performance,and understands the state of development in the field of operating performance through related literature at home and abroad;Secondly,the connotation of security company business performance is cleared,and the empirical analys is methods of analysis of financial indicators and factor analysis are provided;Thirdly,this thesis summarizes the development course of security industry,the state of development,major existing problems and the development trend,then on the basis of SWOT method,G's current situation including internal and external environment is concluded;Fourthly,respectively based on the analysis of financial indicators and factor analysis,this thesis analyzes the longitudinal and transverse operating performance of G;Finally,from four aspects of business,customers,external and internal,the optimization strategies of how to improve G securities company operating performance is put forward.
