Research On Supplier Selection And Option Contract Of A Company Under ATO Production Mode

Due to the continuous development of market competition,the division of labor in industrial production has also evolved from the division of labor among the products to the division of labor within the product.A product is produced by suppliers through components or parts,and finally these components are assembled and sold by the manufacturer in accordance with the assembly ratio,which is the ATO production model.However,there are still many problems in supplier management under ATO.This is mainly reflected in two aspects: The first is the supplier selection problem.ATO production requires a higher level of production capacity,production flexibility,inventory management,etc.However,many companies do not pay attention to these indicators in the selection of suppliers,leading to the selection of suppliers and manufacturers not meet the requirements.On the other hand,manufacturers have a greater need to shorten the delivery time and respond quickly to the market.However,due to the existence of uncertainty in the market order and the risk of excess spare parts inventory,the supplier refuses to produce reserves,which lengthens the manufacturer's production lead time and reduces the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.In order to solve the two problems mentioned above,this paper studies the supplier management of A company in ATO from the following three aspects.First of all,this paper analyzes the present situation of A company supplier evaluation and selection,and points out the improvement.Secondly,according to the ATO production characteristics and the supplier audit evaluation system,the supplier evaluation index is added,and the scoring rules are defined.The weight of each index is determined using the AHP method and entropy method,and the triangular fuzzy number is used to select the suitable supplier under ATO.Finally,the supply chain option contract is designed to coordinate the production quantity of suppliers.The coordination of supply chain is analyzed based on the relationship between the initial order quantity and the production quantity,to encourage suppliers to reserve production,to ensure that manufacturers and suppliers of revenue optimization,to meet the requirements of shortening the delivery time,and combined with the actual case of the contract model for the specific application.
