At present,Chinese mining enterprises are faced with the problems such as "the grade of mineral resources is low,the recovery rate of mineral resources is low,the scale of ore deposit is small,too much complex and difficult mining,and the sharp decline in the price of mineral resources".The problems are seriously affect the economic benefits of mining enterprises.In order to improve the core competitive power of mine,it is imperative to find out the key influencing factors of mine production cost and make the reasonable cost control measures.Based on the summary of the mechanism and application characteristics of difference analysis methods such as ratio analysis method,factor analysis method,principal component analysis method and grey correlation analysis method,grey correlation analysis method is chosen to analyze the problem.According to the production process and characteristics of open pit mine and underground mine,the impact factor system of production cost of open pit mine and underground mine have been set up.Considering the difference of mining process based on the difference of value element,the production cost influence factor system of value element about mining enterprises has been established.By analyzing the problems of data processing in the analysis of the key influencing factors of mine production cost,the distribution characteristics of "time series and uncertainty" in the data of the decision-making problem has been summed up and the fuzzy time series have been used to describe the decision problem.And what's more,the grey correlation algorithm based on triangular fuzzy number and the sort method of centroid distance have been put forward.At last,the decision model of the key factors influencing the mine production cost has been to establish to analyze the key influencing factors of decision of Wulongquan mine production costs.Based on the judgment of the distance between the production cost and the fuzzy grey correlation degree of each influencing factor,the cost of the mine production of the key control factors are determined to be labor costs,material consumption(including diesel)and equipment depreciation.Then seven cost control strategies and measures have beenput forward to improve the effectiveness of cost control strategies and measures.This decision model can well describe the objective conditions and changes of mine production cost and its constituent elements or factors,which has improved the reliability of decision and has important theoretical and practical significance.
