The construction of the financial center in our country is in chaos,because there is no guidance system.Due to lack of distinction in the level of financial center,the effectiveness,potential and comprehensive study of other systems has been overlooked.Issues such as the diminishing demographic dividend,labor shortage and aging population are gradually being exposed.With the policy of economic integration,there has been an insufficiency of guideline in terms of the financial center driving the expansion of economic circle and etc,along with multiple problems of finance and labor force that need to be addressed.Firstly,with the help of the DEA model,financial efficiency of the country's 31 financial centers is measured,it is divided into the inherent support including financial scale and financial innovation support and into the external environment redundancy of the infrastructure,such as the economic foundation and postal and telecommunication facilities.Using the SFA model,this financial efficiency eliminated the slack variable of external environment,combined with the three-stage DEA model,turned into another financial efficiency defined as internal real financial efficiency,which is the most stable and more important part for financial center development in the financial efficiency.Based on Wilson model,real financial efficiency transform into the financial potential of radiation,which can showthe radiation of financial center on the surrounding in the future,and also reflect the growth potential of financial center.Secondly,the mixed gravity model is received by introducing real financial efficiency to the attenuation gravity model,using some data covering 31 central city and 288 the surrounding cities to detect the connected among all the financial centers.In the assumption,it's the first time to use the view of attenuation threshold in the economic circle.two-hour Economic Circle of Wuhan is listed as the hypothetical tested sample.Based on information-hinterland and diminishing efficiency,this paper set multiple attenuation threshold and take the attenuation effects of distance on the transmission of financial resources into consideration.In terms of the finance,the elements of time and space will be included in the study on the construction of two-hourseconomic circle of Wuhan.It's concluded that the two-hour area of Wuhan should be constructed the secondary subsidiary economic circle of the Yangtze River Delta;as a regional economic center,Wuhan has a very important strategic position and financial development potential in the hinterland;Hefei is an important connection point between Yangtze River Delta and two-hour area,the basic traffic construction of Changsha and Nanchang is more important than the financial construction.The integration of the radiation potential and the coupling force of the financial center is the financial radiation potential of the financial center.Finally,from the labor perspective,this paper analyzes the coupling between regional labor system and financial system,and builds gray relational model to measure the dependency of the regional economic and financial development upon labor's scale,by using financial radiation potential,the financial connection,urban-rural dualistic economic difference,industrial labor,and urban – rural labor in two systems as an index.In view of labor fairness and urban-rural dualistic economic structure,using qualitative and quantitative analysis to find solutions for labor force issues in the future.To conclude,the dependence on the quantity of labor force is diminishing,and it's highly viable to attract high-level talent and use financial population gathering as a replacement for labor force to bolster growth.The government should make more efforts in fairness,to prevent the circulation of labor migration.
