With the strong support of Internet technology,equipments and thoughts,the human world has entered into a new world-The Internet era.All industries including dining industry are repositioning and transforming in the Internet era.After three public consumptions were controlled by central authorities,the high-ended consumption foams were squeezed out from dining market.The market started to turn back to mass consumption and rational consumption.The Kuan Wei Restaurant is a medium-scale Chinese restaurant in the east of Baoding City.As well as other restaurants,the Kuan Wei Restaurant is also facing the cost pressure of manpower,rent,materials.The marketing level of the Kuan Wei Restaurant is low,so that research on the marketing strategy of the Kuan Wei restaurant in the Internet era has practical significance.It can improve the marketing levels and the profitability of the Kuan Wei Restaurant.The main researching methods of this paper were literature survey and case analysis etc.This paper aims at finding the marketing management problems in Kuan Wei Restaurant and studying and proposing suggestions of Internet marketing strategy of Kuan Wei Restaurant under the 7ps theory in the era of Internet.Kuan Wei Restaurant must change its thinking and embrace the Internet actively.Kuan Wei Restaurant also has to use the Internet thoughts and tools for the promotion of marketing.The Kuan Wei Restaurant must take attention to the importance of community,explosive goods,using interesting promotions instead of price promotions,pay attention to customer participation and experience marketing strategies to improve the marketing levels.So that it can improve the brand awareness of the Kuan Wei Restaurant.
