After the outbreak of the global financial crisis triggered by the U.S.subprime mortgage crisis in 2008,the world's major developed economies had been hit by a huge impact. At the same time,it is recognized that the industrial hollowing and the excessive development of the virtual economy brought about by the harm, while the countries have shifted the economic focus to the real economy, which opened the prelude to the implementation of the reindustrialization strategy. The reindustrialization strategy is not simply to restore and develop the traditional manufacturing industry, but the requirements of integrate the network, information and intelligence into the modern manufacturing industry,to establish a new industrial system, through the return and transformation of the real economy and promote industrial upgrading, and improve the development of high-end manufacturing industry informatization and sustainable innovation ability,to support the steady growth of economy. The industrialization strategy,to a certain extent, promoted the economic recovery of the major developed countries, and had a profound impact on the competitive pattern of the world's manufacturing industry. This paper analyzes the background and significance of the implementation of the reindustrialization strategy in developed countries from the perspective of the current global perspective, expounds the strategic implementation and policy system of the reindustrialization in the major developed countries, and explore the impact of the developed countries reindustrialization strategy on the export competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry. We build a measurement system which is composed of three indexes, which are revealed comparative advantage index, market penetration rate index and normalized trade balance index and they're as explained variables.Meanwhile we build a model and extracting the influencing factors from the influence path and are used as explanatory variables to analyze the explanatory variables,to measure the impact of the reindustrialization strategy of developed countries based on the United States,Germany and Japan on the exportcompetitiveness of China's manufacturing industry.Through empirical research,we found that the overall situation of the export competitiveness of China's middle and high technology manufacturing industry to the three countries is affected by the reindustrialization policy, which began to decline around 2012.The effect of all factors in explaining market penetration index is the best.China's manufacturing export competitiveness advantage mainly focuses on high and low technology manufacturing industry. At the same time,we find that the GDP per capita of developed countries have a great impact on the export competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry,as well as the overall tax rate have a small impact. From large to small, the other factors that influence the export competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry are followed by the number of R&D personnel in the million population, the proportion of high-tech manufacturing exports, the intensity of research funding, the hourly wage of manufacturing industry, and the direct investment in China.Among them, the annual growth rate of China's manufacturing labor costs is faster than that of developed countries, resulting in the weakening of China's manufacturing export competitiveness.Meanwhile China's research funding intensity and high-tech manufacturing export growth rate is higher than that of developed countries, resulting in the export competitiveness of China's manufacturing sector is increasing. On the basis of this analysis, this article put forward five suggestions on improving the export competitiveness of the manufacturing industry in China. They're manufacturing's transformation and upgrading, the integration of advanced manufacturing industry agglomeration,to reform the education system, national innovation system and international trade strategy.
