1998 years,our country has carried out the reform of commercial housing market,since the implementation of the reform and development of China's real estate market long entered the accelerated mode,and gradually become the pillar industry of China's economic development,in GDP accounted for the increase,played a key role in promoting the economic development of China.The housing problem is the relationship between the major issues of housing prices is beneficial to the people's livelihood,related to social stability,the key problem of the well-being of the people.Over the past ten years,the number of China's real estate market commercial housing supply increased,prices have continued to rise,but the rise in prices directly affect the residents' living conditions and life quality,price The rapid growth caused by the abnormal development of the real estate market,and even a threat to our national economy.Data show that from 1999 to 2016 China's housing reform,city commercial housing prices by 2053 yuan / square meter rose to 7476 yuan / square meters,more than three fold.The rising prices the living of the happiness index decline,affect the residents' living standards,the problem of rising prices has become a hot issue of residents in our country and government pay close attention to.Therefore,the Chinese government has adopted various measures to curb housing prices continue to rise,such as the introduction of the restriction order.Even if the introduction of appropriate policy measures,the rising prices for wage earners have appeared bubble,and caused different degrees of negative effects on society.While the rapid rise in house prices,while the residents of new loans mortgages accounted for 90%,this is the impression of the first two months of this year house prices and credit data to the people left,then comes the line of the real estate market a series of tightening policy.With a restriction,limit credit policy more concentrated in a second tier city is different,the purchase of spread to the surrounding counties line.A rapid rise of ring first-tier cities housing prices,is the incentive for the regulation of investment overweight.First-tier cities demand spillover.That is the main reason for boosting the surrounding city land and housing prices rising.As a capital intensive industry,a large part of the real estate is the source of funds from bank credit.But what is the relationship between the two,whether a causalrelationship between the two?
