Agriculture is the basis of the national economy,our successive governments are very concerned about the sustainable development of agriculture and farmers continue to increase the problem.In most parts of Hebei Province,the circulation of agricultural products is an important factor restricting the development of local agricultural economy and increasing the income of farmers,especially for fresh fruit products,the problem of low circulation efficiency directly raise the price of terminal consumption of fresh fruit products market.In addition,in recent years,domestic consumers of fresh fruit consumption of agricultural products is growing demand,but most of the current high-grade agricultural products exist high prices,quality and safety is not guaranteed,low efficiency of circulation problems,resulting in the existing fruit-type agricultural products Far can not meet the domestic consumer demand.These problems constrain farmers' income and the sustainable development of local agriculture.Fresh pear as Hebei Province,one of the more important fruit type of agricultural products,natural conditions be richly endowed,species diversity.In the ranking of China's fresh pear exports,fresh pear exports in Hebei Province is very large,fresh pear has become one of the most competitive agricultural products in Hebei Province.However,in the process of circulation of fresh pears in Hebei,the poor quality of the brokers and the terminal retailers in the circulation channels directly affected the circulation efficiency of fresh pear,which brought the development of the supply chain of pear in Hebei Impact.How to improve the quality of the relationship between the channel members,and to further promote the improvement of circulation efficiency,Hebei Province,the devel opment of agriculture needs to be solved.In this paper,the circulation of fresh pear in Hebei Province as the research object,using empirical research methods,through the questionnaire survey of Hebei fresh pear circulation channels in the important intermediaries and terminal retailers and other related enterprises to investigate,revealing its channel members The relationship between the quality of the relationship between the channel,and the final impact on the circulation performance.In this paper,the conceptual model of the research is put forward by combing the literature and the related theories.The correlation analysis and regression analysis and the mediating effect analysis are carried out on the basis of the questionnaire data analysis to demonstrate the establishment of the hypothesis.In the final article,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The quality of the relationship between middlemen and retailers in the circulation of fresh pearls in Hebei has a positive effect on the communication between the two channels.The channel communication has a positive effect on the circulation efficiency of fresh pears The quality of channel relationship has a positive effect on the circulation efficiency of fresh pear.2,channel communication between the quality of channel relationship and the efficiency of circulation played a part of the role of intermediary variables.Finally,based on the conclusion of the analysis and the related research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the circulation efficiency of Hebei pear,and points out that the research of this paper is insufficient and the direction of research needs to be continued.
