With the Chinese economy into the new normal state,the tourism industry as a green industry and sustainable industries,in recent years,the rapid development of the mass tourism era is emerging,"the People's Republic of China's national economic and social development thirteenth five years(2016-2020)Plan," the direct and clear to the tourism industry to determine the development goals,issued development tasks,the development requirements of the content of up to 15,and a lot of content related to tourism and related industries.At the same time,in recent years,the frequent occurrence of tourism crisis,such as Qingdao astronomical shrimp events,Harbin astronomical fish events,Yunnan tour guide curse tourists events.These events to the local tourism image caused great harm,thereby affecting the local tourism revenue,test the local government and social crisis handling capacity.The crisis of tourism crisis is obvious,but at present,the government and society do not have a set of mature tourism crisis handling mechanism.On the basis of discussing the definition,classification and characteristics of tourism crisis,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of network public opinion in tourism crisis,including the leading factors and development mechanism of public opinion formation in tourism crisis.This paper divides the leading factors of public opinion in the crisis of tourism crisis into three parts: public opinion object,public opinion body and public opinion body.The development mechanism of public opinion in tourism crisis is divided into development mechanism,communication mechanism and evolution mechanism according to chronological order.This paper discusses the information communication management in the tourism crisis on the basis of the above research on the public opinion of tourism crisis.The fourth chapter,the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter are based on the three stages of the network public opinion development mechanism were discussed,respectively: based on the mechanism of tourism crisis in the information release management;based on the dissemination of tourism crisis crisis The establishment of the problem management;based on the evolution of the mechanism of tourism crisis in the main image of the repair.The third chapter is the focus of the article.The contents of these three chapters in the information dissemination management is not an independent existence,is closely with,indispensable.The lack of any part of the content can not be a good deal to deal with tourism crisis.
