In recent years,with the gradual advance of foreign reform,small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly,especially for our economy,and made a great contribution to the development of county economy in alleviating employment pressure,broaden employment channels,play an irreplaceable role in ensuring economic growth,optimizing the economic structure.In view of the special status of SMEs and their own characteristics,all countries have paid great attention to the development of a series of related preferential policies,especially the most prominent tax policy.But at the same time,the problems existing in the tax management of small and medium-sized enterprises are increasingly prominent.Therefore,this paper takes Shunping County as an example,from the perspective of tax collection and management,aiming at the existing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shunping County tax administration put forward feasible suggestions,small and medium-sized enterprises in the spirit of reform and innovation to further improve and perfect the Shunping County tax collection and management,and promote the harmonious sustainable development of the tax rate,make the small and medium-sized enterprises into the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the track and provide a theoretical basis for the development of Shunping county economy and taxation.This paper takes Shunping County of small and medium-sized enterprises in the tax collection and management as the research object,the theory system of tax collection basis,using literature research,business research method,case analysis and other methods,from the perspective of tax collection,tax collection and management for small and medium enterprises in Shunping County,current situation,main problems to find tube exist,are analyzed in detail small and medium sized enterprises in Shunping County tax collection and management problems,the analysis of Shunping County,there are problems in the tax administration system: tax collection means backward,accounting standard,law enforcement is not enough,cash transactions bring vacuum of management and service system is not perfect;the reason is as follows: the quality of small and medium-sized enterprises of their own disadvantages,the Administration Department of personnel needs to be improved,tax collection is not in place to implement.And then put forward the suitable small and medium-sized enterprises in Shunping County Tax Collection: improve the SME tax administration ideas,establish and improve the tax collection system,strengthen tax coordination,accelerate the reform of the tax information collection process,strengthen the tax service work,to create high-quality tax environment and improve the optimization means of tax collection and management,so as to improve the image of tax authorities,guide tax workers to continuously improve their collection and management and service quality,and further improve the effectiveness of tax collection and management.
