The Study On Financial Strategy Based On Core Competence

The financial strategy of the enterprise is closely linked with the overall strategic of the enterprise,and it is the extension and application of the strategic management.The goal of financial management is to optimize the allocation of enterprise resources reasonably,so that enterprises can effectively construct the core competitiveness,promote the flow and balance of enterprise funds,and realize the maximization of enterprise value.The core competitiveness of enterprises is the key to energy and sustainable development of enterprises,so enterprises must be financial strategy and core competitiveness combined development,build a framework of financial strategy based on core competence,so as to enhance the financial management level,avoid the practice and theoretical limitation,promote the development of the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,SanYou group company as a typical case,according to the dynamic change of the core competitiveness,starting from different stages of development,the core competitiveness and financial strategy,expounds that should be taken in various stages of the financial strategy,analysis of the group's core competitiveness in the incubation period,growth period,mature period by financing investment and profit distribution strategy in order to confirm the proposed framework of financial strategy.The combination of financial strategy and core competence is an important research topic at present.Therefore,this paper tries to make a research on this topic,analyzes and demonstrates the financial strategic choice of the enterprise based on the core competence.However,in the process of research but also neglect some problems,such as the selection of case as the cycle is not enough,no proof against the core competitiveness recession strategy,without considering other issues such as the company structure and market environment,still need further discussion.
