Nuclear power,as one of the most important clean energy sources in today's socie-ty,is used as one of the base load for power grid.In the background of climate change,carbon emission reduction and haze phenomenon,nuclear power has obvious ad-vantages.At present,China's commercial nuclear power technology can be divided into two categories,one is currently in the nuclear power plant as the representative of the second generation of improved technology,and the other is based on AP1000,EPR and Hualong on behalf of the world's first pile Under construction of the three generations of nuclear power technology.H nuclear power as the world's first third-generation ad-vanced nuclear power technology nuclear power unit,is currently in the thermal test phase,is about to load and power generation.A safe,stable and economical production of electricity from a nuclear power plant during operation is an important indicator of its advanced nature and an important manifestation of measuring the core competitiveness of nuclear power enterprises.Production performance management is the core of the production of nuclear power plants,reflecting the level of performance management of a nuclear power plant level,representing its position in the industry.Now,although the H nuclear power plant has established a basic production per-formance system,the formation of the initial production performance management in-dicators,but there are still many problems.The production performance management index can not quantify the performance management level of the power plant,and the performance index is not accurate enough.The production performance management index can not quantitatively measure the performance management level of the power plant,and the performance index is not accurate enough.The performance management index of the power plant can not be measured by the performance management.,The lack of effectiveness;the results of performance management can not be effectively ap-plied,the performance of the positive incentive and negative feedback;production per-formance management is not directly related to the positive promotion of nuclear safety culture,the lack of organic integration with corporate culture problem.In this paper,the production performance management system of H nuclear power plant is mainly researched.In view of the present situation of production management system,process and performance monitoring index,this paper analyzes the existing problems,and combines the performance management theory,Design a production performance management plan and evaluation index suitable for H nuclear power,pro-vide a reference for the pursuit of excellence in production performance management and provide some reference for production performance management of other nuclear power plants.
