Study On The Willingness Of Farmers To Plant Stevia In Hailin Farm

As an important grain production base,Heilongjiang Province plays a great role in the process of agricultural development in China.Recently,the internal and external environment of agricultural development in rural area of China has undergone obvious changes,which the demand for agricultural products is constantly upgrading,with limitation environmental resources carrying,the invasion of foreign low-cost agricultural products,and increasingly prominent sub-contradiction of supply.With the decline of planting benefit of crops,such as corn,soybean and so on,cash crops have showed remarkable advantages.Compared with grain crops,the scale of cash crops in Heilongjiang Province is smaller,but "small crops" have "large energy".The development of cash crops has played an important role in "transfer mode,adjust structure" in Heilongjiang Province.Developing characteristic cash crops has also become a new way for farmers to increase their income.By analyzing the present situation of sugar stevia leaf in Hailin Farm of Heilongjiang Province,China,we can find out the environment in which sugar stevia leaf is located.That can be used for reference of the study of sugar stevia leaf in the future.It will explore the main factors that affect the farmers' willingness to plant,find out the factors that have a significant impact and put forward targeted countermeasures.That have great practical significance to stabilize local panting,promote farmers' willingness to plant and ensure farmers' income.Based on the previous research of farmers' planting behavior,here selects 16 factors to construct the index system of this paper.It collects the information of the history of sugar stevia leaf in China,the development of sugar stevia leaf in Heilongjiang Province and the present situation of sugar stevia leaf in Hailin Farm.And combined with the planting area,yield and cost,it directly shows the current problems of sugar stevia leaf industry in Hailin Farm.According to the literature review and the present situation of sugar stevia leaf development in Hailin Farm,a questionnaire was developed to collect the data and eliminate the difficult to quantify the data.The data is collected by histogram,broken line diagram and a large number of tables to summarize the problems that may exist in sugar stevia leaf cultivation.By means of regression analysis,a dual logistic model was constructed with the dependent variables of "whether farmers continue to plant" and "whether farmers expand planting" and the 20 factors that may affect farmers' planting behavior as independent variables to build the logistic model.The results show that the age of farmers,the condition of signing contracts with sugar mills and the prospect of stevia have a significant effect on whether the farmers continued to grow sugar stevia leaf.The age,household participation,cost-income ratio and expectation on the prospect of sugar stevia leaf have a significant impact on whether farmers expanded sugar stevia leaf cultivation.Based on the above conclusions,from the point of view of reducing the influence of labor force changing on planting,improving farmers' sense of security in planting and strengthening farmers' understanding of sugar stevia leaf in this area,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as enhancing mechanization degree,standardizing management and reducing risks,strengthening cooperation with local leading enterprises,broadening sales channels,strengthening brand propaganda and training guidance and so on.to promote farmers' willingness to plant in all aspects and raise the level of stevia cultivation on farm.
