The Impact Of Government Subsidies On The Financial Performance Of New Energy Vehicle Companies

In recent years,with the emergence of environmental problems,people pay more and more attention to energy saving and environmental protection,and pay more attention to the development of new energy automobile industry.Inadequate supporting facilities and other disadvantages,so the government needs to give strong support.Government subsidy is one of the important means for the government to use public social resources to guide enterprises to develop reasonably and healthily,and to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure.So it is necessary to study the financial performance of enterprises.This paper analyzes the statistics of the government subsidy to the whole industry of new energy vehicles and the trend of the proportion of government subsidies to the net profit of the top ten new energy automobile enterprises.It is found that government subsidies have an important impact on the performance of new energy automobile enterprises.With the increase of government subsidies,the net profits of enterprises also increase,which improves the business performance of enterprises.However,big data shows that a large number of government subsidies make some enterprises appear more and more false.Therefore,this paper selects Fukuda Automobile,a typical new energy automobile enterprise,as the research object,using case analysis method and comparative analysis method.Ratio analysis method for its 2010-2 The financial data of 016 years were analyzed by analyzing the scale of government subsidy and the influence on profit,cash flow and financial condition of Fukuda Auto.It is found that government subsidies really only improve the financial performance of enterprises on the surface,but not actually promote the improvement of the actual financial performance of enterprises.On the contrary,it will cover up the real financial situation of enterprises.Ignore the problems of the enterprise itself,is not conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise.In order to improve the financial performance of enterprises and improve the government subsidy policy,this paper puts forward some suggestions,and looks forward to further improving the incentive mechanism of government subsidies in the new energy automobile industry.To improve the efficiency of the use of national public resources,and how to use government subsidies to promote the healthy development of enterprises provide some reference.
