Along with the issuing of a series government subsidies on new energy vehicles,the sales of new energy vehicles in China was largely increased from 17,000 to 331,100 from 2013 to 2015.In order to study the specific influencing mechanism and impact on the sales of new energy vehicles as well as the manufacturing enterprises made by the subsidy policies,this paper chooses the subsidy policies which can affect the sales in a short term as the research project,and researches the performance and incident problems between the purchase subsidy in price subsidy policies and the provision of non-traffic-controls and non-purchase-restrictions in non-price subsidy policies through the consumer purchase deduction,market data analysis as well as the incidence analysis of price subsidy.Meanwhile,this paper,on the one hand,builds a financial analysis framework and proves the conclusion of incidence analysis of price subsidy through the change in financial index,and on the other hand,evaluates the subsidies on new energy vehicles based on vertical comparison of enterprises' financial conditions.The study finds that: Firstly,the exclusive use of the purchase subsidy policy is invalid.It cannot explain the purchase behavior of consumers in this period,and the high purchase subsidy will disrupt the market order.Secondly,the joint use of price subsidy policies and non-price subsidy policies is effective,which enables the new energy vehicles with a comparative advantage against traditional vehicles.Thirdly,the purchase subsidies eventually benefit the manufacture,indicating that the subsidy policies give support to the improvement of manufacture's operating conditions.The conclusions of this paper have some certain use of reference for the enterprises' follow-up management strategy and government's choice of subsidy policy.The innovation of this paper lies in: the research content,this paper studies the distribution condition of price subsidy policies and non-price subsidy policies in their combined action based on incidence analysis of subsidies;The use of research methods,this paper constructs a financial analysis framework and verifies the relevant research conclusions;The research perspective,this paper studies the performance of subsidy polices on new energy vehicle from the perspective of enterprises' financial position and operational statues.
