Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a special industry in the people's livelihood issues,to protect and improve people's physical health,disease prevention,cure and promote social progress has the very vital significance,with the improvement of urbanization level and aging phenomenon aggravating,more and more people begin to pay close attention to the development of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,however,in our country,the pharmaceutical industry started relatively late,development is slow,the investment is low,coupled with the fierce market competition,makes the enterprise face the possibility of financial risk increasing,how to prevent and control the financial risk is one of the major problems facing the pharmaceutical enterprise.As the subject of this article,Dong-E-E-Jiao Co.,Ltd was built in 1952,and it was launched in 1952,on the shenzhen stock exchange in 1996,and in 2004,it was a subsidiary of the China resources corporation,which was in the development,manufacturing and distribution of the gelatin and the gelatin series products.According to the financial data of Dong-E-E-Jiao Co.,Ltd for nearly six years,the financial risk identification analysis is mainly carried out from four aspects: financing,investment,capital recovery and income distribution.And the causes of its financial risk are analyzed.After that,the financial data of China's 172 "pure pharmaceutical manufacturing industries"(i.e.,excluding enterprises operating outside the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry)were selected in 2011,2014 and 2016,as well as the financial data of Dong-E-E-Jiao Co.,Ltd.from 2007 to 2016 as samples.The financial risk level of donga gum was analyzed and evaluated from two perspectives,namely,the debt paying ability index,operating capacity index,profitability index,income quality index and development capability index.In the end,according to the analysis and evaluation results of financial risk.the author puts forward the relative reasonable financial risk prevention measures,and supplement the financial risk prevention system,It is that preventive measure of four aspects of finance,investment,fund recovery and income distribution respectively.so as to provide some Suggestions for the prevention of the financial risks of Dong-E-E-Jiao Co.,Ltd.Meanwhile,it also hopes to provide references and references for the enterprises in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to prevent financial risks.
