Financial Risk Assessment And Control Research Of YT Pharmaceutical Company

The pharmaceutical industry is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and is a basic and strategic industry that the country attaches great importance to.The Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan clearly points out that the pharmaceutical industry is an important foundation for the construction of a healthy China,and the country should follow the principle of scientific development and vigorously boost the development of the pharmaceutical industry,so as to achieve the goal of China’s health indicators entering the level of developed countries by 2030.The introduction of favorable policies has effectively promoted the accelerated development of the pharmaceutical industry.According to flush statistics,in the annual report published in 2019,there are a total of 130 listed pharmaceutical enterprises,19 enterprises operating income of more than 10 billion yuan,107 listed pharmaceutical enterprises achieved profits,only 4 enterprises loss,among them,YT pharmaceutical loss is the largest,the amount of more than 2 billion yuan.YT Pharmaceutical is one of the representative enterprises of the old state-owned enterprises in China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.It has been profitable for three years and is a "white horse stock" that the public is very optimistic about.Now it is deeply in the whirlpool of huge losses,and all the signs show that YT Pharmaceutical may have serious financial risk problems at present.This thesis selected YT Pharmaceutical as the research object for financial risk identification,financial risk evaluation and financial risk control.Firstly,on the basis of relevant concepts and theories,combined with the basic information of YT Pharmaceutical and the financial data from 2016-2021,the current financial risks of YT Pharmaceutical from financing,investment,operation and income distribution analyze the 12 financial indicators of financing,investment,operation and income distribution from 2010-2021 to comprehensively evaluate the financial risk degree.Finally,the financial risk control measures of YT Pharmaceutical are proposed according to the evaluation results.The evaluation results show that the financial risk of YT Pharmaceutical deteriorated from 2019 to 2021,mainly manifested in the unreasonable financing method and financing scale,large debt repayment pressure;slow payment collection speed,serious inventory backlog;low profitability and significantly decreased dividend payout ratio.Therefore,at the level of financing risk control,it is suggested to reasonably match long-term and short-term debt and improve the financing structure of YT pharmaceutical;at the level of investment risk control,it is suggested to pay attention to investment management supervision and post-investment management and scientifically select investment projects so as to reduce the risk of development failure;at the operational risk control,to improve accounts receivable management system and strengthen enterprise inventory management level;at the level of income distribution risk control,it is suggested to focus on the development of YT pharmaceutical core business to improve profitability and formulate appropriate dividend distribution policies.The conclusion of this study is conducive to improving the financial risk control ability of YT Pharmaceutical,helping the sustainable development of YT Pharmaceutical,and also hopes to provide useful reference for controlling the financial risks of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.
